Rancho Cucamonga, CA (February 18, 2014) On Thursday, March 6th King of the Cage returns to San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino in Highland, California for another blockbuster event.
The fight card is headlined by Joe Condon (Victorville, CA.) fighting out of Joe Stevenson’s Cobra Kai against Joshua Aveles (Upland, CA.) fighting out of Team Diamond. They will be battling for the Jr. Welterweight (160 lbs) Championship and Aveles is the current champion.
The co-main event is for the Bantamweight Championship (145 lbs) title with Seth Dikun (Victorville, CA.) fighting out of Cage Combat going up against Henry Corrales (Stanton, CA.) fighting out of De La O Jiu Jitsu.
Also on the card, two of the five winners from October’s World Amateur Championships, who won professional contracts, will be making their professional debut. Aaron Williams will take on Issac Velasquez and Saad Ul-Hassan will fight Takashi Munoz.
In addition, Matthew Lagler will fight Daniel Hernandez in a rematch from last July. Lagler wants to prove he should not have been the underdog going into their first fight, and is looking to stop Hernandez for a second time. David Gomez will take on Quinton McCottrell, Jimmy Marquez will take on Georgie Garcia, and former KOTC Women’s Straw Weight champion Danielle Taylor will face Maia Stevenson. Also, Heavyweight Carl Culpepper will also be making his long awaited pro-debut, against the heavy handed, James Wilson!
This tremendous fight card will certainly draw another sellout crowd at San Manuel so get your tickets early.
