RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (August 9, 2017) – King of the Cage returns to Black Bear Casino Resort in Carlton, Minnesota on Friday, September 9, 2017 with a nationally broadcast event headlined by a Flyweight showdown featuring Ben Pierre Saint and in the co-main event, Cody Garness battling Nick Spina.
Fight card includes:
Main Event – Flyweight 135 lbs.
Ben “The Haitian Sensation” Pierre Saint (13-5), Superior, Wisconsin (Inner Strength Martial Arts) vs. TBD. Pierre Saint has won his last two fights impressively and is top ranked.
Co-Main Event – Lightweight 155 lbs.
Cody Garness, Cannon Falls, Minnesota (Independent) vs. Nick “Isabella Assassin” Spina (5-1), Superior, Wisconsin (Inner Strength MA). Garness won his last bout with a first-round submission. Spina has won his last four fights all in the 1st round.
Middleweight 185 lbs.
Tom Krenzel, Minneapolis, Minnesota (The Cellar Gym) vs. John “The Kid” Stern, Alaska/Minnesota.
