King of the Cage Returns to Silver Legacy Resort Casino Reno on September 16th for “FUTURE LEGENDS 38”

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (August 11, 2017) – King of the Cage returns to Silver Legacy Resort Casino in Reno, Nevada on Saturday, September 16, 2017 with a nationally broadcast event headlined by a welterweight title fight featuring JJ Torres vs. Kris Jennings and in the heavyweight division, Matt McCrary vs. Juan Lujan.
Fight card includes:

Main Event – KOTC Amateur Welterweight Title 170 lbs.
JJ “The Sacred Warrior” Torres (15-3), Las Vegas, Nevada (Torres MMA) vs. Kris Jennings (4-2), Sacramento, California (Independent). Both will be fighting for the vacant amateur welterweight belt. Torres is the son of legendary four-time world champion, Juan “The Ghost Warrior” Torres.

Co-Main Event – Heavyweight 245 lbs.
Matt “Big Suga” McCrary, Reno, Nevada (Team Tonkin) vs. Juan Lujan, Mendota, California (Independent). McCrary (10 wins) and Lujan (3 wins) are both top ranked.

Featured Fight – Jr. Flyweight 125 lbs.
Oscar “Dirty” Sanchez (8-2), Las Vegas, Nevada (Torres MMA) vs. Joey McKernan (5-3), Susanville, California (Iron Horse Gym). Sanchez has won his last four bouts and is top ranked.
