King of the Cage Returns to Yack Arena on August 5 for “SECOND COMING”

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (June 23, 2017) – King of the Cage returns to Yack Arena in Wyandotte, Michigan on Saturday, August 5, 2017 with a nationally broadcast event headlined by a Light-Heavyweight Superfight Championship between current champion Victor Jones vs. Jesse Murray and the Co-Main Event in the Women’s Atomweight division featuring Bi Nguyen.

Main Event – KOTC Superfight Championship Title Light-Heavyweight 205 lbs.
Current Champion Victor “Bone Crusher” Jones, Detroit, Michigan (Murcielago MMA) vs. Jesse “Hollywood” Murray, Toledo, Ohio (PRO Am Fitness and Strong Style). Jones is coming off a first round KO of former KOTC Middleweight champion Brandon Hunt. Murray got a first round knockout in only 9 seconds over #1 ranked Chad Herrick in his last bout.

Co-Main Event – Women’s Atomweight 105 lbs.
Bi “Killer Bee” Nguyen (3-1), Albuquerque, New Mexico (Jacksons MMA) vs. TBD. Nguyen, who is top ranked, is coming off a close five round decision loss to current champion Andy Nguyen.

Featured Event – Lightweight 155 lbs.
“Pretty Boy” Troy Lamson (8-2), Lansing, Michigan (Murcielago MMA) vs. Kyle Prepolec (10-4), Ontario, Canada (Maximum Training Center). Lamson is coming off two victories. Prepolec is the number 1 ranked lightweight fighter out of Ontario Canada, coming off two knock out victories.

Kalinn “Khaos” Williams, Jackson, Michigan (Murcielago MMA) vs. Carrese “Onepunch” Archer, Battle Creek, Michigan (Kill Zone MMA). Williams, in his professional debut, won with a first round knockout. Archer’s recent win was an impressive first round 16 second knockout.
